Who is hosting the Emmys 2025?
Comedian Nate Bargatze hosted this year’s ceremony.
“It’s a huge honour to be asked to host such an iconic awards show, and I’m beyond excited to work with CBS to create a night that can be enjoyed by families around the world,” he told The Hollywood Reporter ahead of the ceremony.

Are the Emmys twice a year?
No, the Emmys are not normally held twice a year.
The confusion comes from 2023 and 2024.
The 2023 Emmy Awards were delayed because of the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) strikes.
The ceremony didn’t end up happening until January 2024. Then the 2024 ceremony took place in September 2024 – meaning there were technically two Emmy ceremonies in one year.
It was a one-off situation though, so you should only expect one Emmys ceremony per year from now on.
